# What is not available yet

> Things the API does not do today.

These are not in the API today. Use the app for them.

* A test or sandbox mode. Every request is real and charged.
* Reading chat history or assigning chats to your team (the Inbox).
* Chatbots and the AI agent.
* Location, contact card, sticker, reaction, product and catalog messages.
* WhatsApp Flows and payments inside WhatsApp.
* Making or changing API keys, team members, billing or your WhatsApp number.
